To foster a safe learning environment
that supports individuals spiritually, educationally, and financially while providing for their well-being. We are constantly at work to change generations through education and the disciplines of Jesus Christ.
We do this by embodying the principles of God’s written Word, thereby making us a faith-based entity.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is to help children with their need in the healthy development of emotional, physical, and cognitive skills. Therefore, we provide a rich environment for education, filled with opportunities to nurture confidence, curiosity, cooperation, and Christian values. We have dedicated our resources to securing a warm, loving team of professionals that uphold our values and model healthy choices in the classroom environment for our children.
OUR VISION
The vision of the Growing Me Learning Center is to prepare students for success from the early developmental stages of childhood. During the infant and pre-school years much creativity and development take place in order to have the foundation needed for success throughout the entire child’s education.
OUR STAFF
We believe the success of children lies in the quality of our staff. Our staff members are carefully selected based on their experience, education, talents and interpersonal skills.
Our staff meets regularly for in-depth training and discussion, covering such areas as program goals, emergency procedures, group work, curriculum planning, philosophy, goals and objectives, policy procedures and training. Our staff brings with it a multitude of experiences and backgrounds.
All of our staff has undergone a thorough criminal background screening, and are to complete First Aid, CPR and Child Abuse Prevention training, immediately upon hire.
Above all else, our staff has one thing in common – a love for working with children.
